1620 MW Jhariya Pumped Storage, Uttar Pradesh
Jhariya Off-Stream Closed Loop Pumped Storage Project is located in Sonbhadra District, Uttar Pradesh. The installed capacity of the project is estimated as 1620 MW (Generation mode)/1740 MW (Pumping mode). The project envisages creation of two artificial reservoirs interconnected with water conductor system, feeding the reversible pump-turbine units before draining into the lower reservoir through tailrace tunnel.
3500 MW Hydro Power Portfolio,Arunachal Pradesh
Mr. MSP Rao has played a pivotal role in the development of several hydro projects in Arunachal Pradesh, ranging from 270 MW to 1100 MW. He has been actively involved in supervising and overseeing these projects, ensuring their successful development. Under his leadership, these hydro projects have progressed significantly, as his expertise and dedication have been instrumental in overcoming challenges and achieving milestones.

16 MW Patikari HEP,Himachal Pradesh
Mr. MSP Rao was involved in implementation of 16 MW Patikari HEP, the project is a run of the river type hydro power project built on the Bakhli Khad, a left bank tributary of the Beas River joining into the reservoir behind the Pandoh dam. Patikari Project is located in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, India.
5 MW Sainj HEP, Himachal Pradesh
The 5 MW Sainj Hydro-electric project is a run-of-the-river, hydro power development scheme planned at Sainj Khad, Dehra Village of Chaupal Tehsil, district Shimla of Himachal Pradesh, India. The purpose of the proposed project activity is to harness the hydro power potential of Sainj Khad and to supply clean and environment friendly power to the Northern Regional Grid, which is a part of Integrated Grid System, i.e. NEWNE Grid.

100 MW Malana II HEP, Himachal Pradesh
The Malana-II Hydro Electric Project in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh with an installed capacity of 100 MW (2x50 MW) has been developed by Athena. The project is a high head, run-of-river scheme with 4 hours pondage and is located on Malana Khad, a tributary of the Parbati River.
The Project has performed very well in terms of generation with no hiccups at all over the years. For last five years the project has gernerated atleast 5% - 28% more than its Design Energy.
1200 MW Teesta III HEP, Sikkim
1200 MW Teesta III Hydro Electric Project was developed in the State of Sikkim. The Teesta III HEP (6 X 200 MW) was on of the largest project in India being developed under the Public - Private Partnership i.e. Joint Sector. The scheme is a ROR scheme in North Sikkim having a 60 m high CFRD, 13.25 Km HRT, undeground power house.
The Project has performed very well in terms of generation with no hiccups at all over the years. For last four years the project has gernerated atleast 15% - 20% more than its Design Energy.
